PDFs to non-EU customers are delivered instantly and automatically upon payment.  I recommend that you download your files as soon as you are directed back to the website as the links will expire after a week.  You may download your files twice in the seven days that the link is valid for.  Alternatively, you can access your files via your receipt email.  If your receipt email hasn't arrived within a few minutes please check your email junk/spam folders first (they often find themselves there!) - otherwise just get in touch.  

Emailed PDFs for EU customers have to be prepared manually and then emailed to you.  Whilst it is not 'instant' delivery I do aim to send your files to you within 24 hours (but let me know if you're in a real hurry as I can more than likely get them over to you more quickly).  Emailing PDFs to you means I do not charge VAT, keeping costs down for you.
