If you have ordered alternative parts I aim to get these to you within 3-4 days, although please be aware it can take me longer, particularly if you’ve ordered a number of different pieces. Postage on printed music orders is calculated automatically at check-out according to your location and the value of your printed music order. Methods of postal delivery and costs are outlined below.
UK postage
Printed music orders are posted second class (for delivery within 2 working days). For larger orders weighing over 1Kg your order may be split into a number of smaller packages – or I may use a different courier’s ‘standard service’ (typically delivered within 2-3 working days) as this enables me to keep overall postage costs down. Prices vary according to order value and are shown in the table below.
Postage outside the UK
Printed music orders are usually sent using the Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. I reserve the right to use an alternative carrier for larger orders (such as DPD, UPS and Fedex) as this enables me to keep overall postage costs down. Delivery times vary according to your location and the following is intended as a guide only: Europe (3-5 working days) and elsewhere takes around 5-7 working days, although on occasion it can take significantly longer than this. Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes/other costs (you may find this calculator useful if you would like to have an idea of what those costs might be, although I can’t vouch for its accuracy!). It is my understanding that the the 10% import tariff brought in by the Trump administration does not apply to sheet music orders as sheet music is classed as ‘informational material’). Prices vary according to order value and are shown in the table below.
