PDFs are delivered free and are around 15% cheaper than the printed sheet music equivalent.
Ordering
PDFs are bought in exactly the same way as printed sheet music (and you can buy a combination of Printed Sheet Music and PDFs).
Delivery
The method of delivery varies, depending on where you’re based:
- If you’re based outside the EU PDFs are available instantly upon purchase.
- If you’re based in the EU PDFs are manually prepared by me and then emailed to you. Therefore the process is not instant!
Customers based outside the EU:
Immediately upon purchase your file(s) will be available for download/printing. Once your payment has been completed you should be redirected to a page which includes your download links. The links are also included on an email confirming your purchase.
If you haven’t received your email confirmation within a few minutes do please check your spam/junk folders.
IMPORTANT: The PDF link will be valid for 7 days from purchase. You can use the link to download your music twice: once you have reached that limit the link will no longer work. So do please ensure that you download and save your files promptly.
Customers based inside the EU:
Once ordered I will prepare your PDF files manually. This is necessary because of complex VAT issues in selling instantly delivered PDFs within the EU. PDF Prices for EU and Non-EU customers are identical. As I have to prepare each file manually it is not an instant process, although I aim to prepare PDFs in a day or two – often less. Please contact me if you are in a real hurry as I can usually prioritise things!
If there are many or large files I will send you a Dropbox link so you can access your files from there. If you haven’t received your Emailed PDFs within the expected time-frame do please check your spam folder.
Security features
All PDFs are stamped at the bottom each page of music with the words “Licensed to: your name”. Of course, you are free to print and to save them to your computer/device but please do not share files with others.
Printing Digital Downloads
PDFs are supplied in A4 size and must be printed single-sided. For customers in countries that use the Letter paper format size (United States, Canada, Chile, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the Philippines) you will need to adjust the settings in your print menu to select the appropriate paper size, then select ‘print to fit’. A4 and letter size formats are not that different, so this shouldn’t cause a problem.
System Requirements for PDFs
Receiving PDFs requires that you use compatible computer hardware and software. A high speed internet connection is also strongly recommended, particularly as file sizes can be quite large. You may need to download a PDF reader such as Adobe (which is free). Other PDF readers are available!
